Create a Repair Ticket
Note:
1. When sending in machines for repair, please be sure to submit a repair ticket. Machines sent without a repair ticket may be refused for service or rejected.
2. If the mining machine experiences a fault, please return all components, including the PSU. Do not return the hashboard for repair only.
3. Items beyond the warranty period may incur charges for item retrieval. Our system does not support returns without repairs.
4. Damaged serial numbers (SN) will void the warranty. We recommend customers keeping a clear copy of the SN.
5. Proper packaging is essential. Use the original packaging box or cushioning materials to protect the machine.
6. Logistics Information
Your package can only be signed for when the logistics tracking number is correct. Only create a repair ticket if you already get the tracking number from the courier company.

All costs associated with returning defective products to our repair center, including all customs clearance fees, shall be borne by you. If defective products are not insured during the return process, you will assume all risks during transport. ICERIVER will not be liable for any losses or damages. Please verify and choose DDP shipping terms.
ICERIVER only covers the return shipping costs for repaired equipment if it’s under warranty.
